We are so happy that you are interested in participating in the Hiyaah Power Girls eMentoring Program.  There are a few things that must be taken care of before you can begin.

1.  We must receive a signed permission form from your parent/guardian that states you are allowed to participate in the Hiyaah Power Girls online activities.  Click here to download the parent's permission form.

2.  We must receive a completed Hiyaah Power Girls Mentee Profile from you before you can participate in the online training program.  Your Profile will help us match you with an awesome mentor who has similar interests or has a career that matches your goals and aspirations in life.  Click here to download the Mentee Profile form.

3.  We must receive your signed commitment statement that outlines your desire to participate in the program for a minimum of one year and your desire to behave positively throughout the program and in your respective community.  (This will be outlined at the bottom of the Mentee Profile form.)
